Happy 30th Birthday Todd!

This past Friday was Todd's 30th b-day! He made me promise not to have a party or anything like that. He just didn't want that. All he wanted was to go to lunch and see a movie. (we hadn't seen a movie at the theaters since this summer which is a very long time for Todd!) So my parents kept McKenna for us and we went and saw National Treasure. We had a great afternoon. That evening my parents cooked all of Todd's favorites for dinner. They grilled ribs and cooked several other things and topped it off with his favorite dessert...cheesecake! Katie and Josh and Amma and Afi also joined us for dinner. We also had a great time playing Todd's present...rock band. I have to say even McKenna did good at the drums. Amma (my grandmother who is 88) did so good too. We couldn't believe how good she did at them. Those of you that know her though know that she sure doesn't act 88. Her personality and her energy are what keep her young! Thanks to everyone for making Todd's b-day great! Happy Birthday Todd!
