Last night my mom and dad came and picked us up and took us to see some wonderful Christmas lights. We went to the Deerfield neighborhood which is very famous for the wonderful lights. We used to go to this neighborhood every year when I was a kid and it has always been one of the best. Lets just say McKenna was in heaven! She squealed with every turn saying "Christmas Lights, Wow, Cool, Look at those" and on and on! Probably 95% of the houses were decked out in lights. There was one house that was synchronized to music and had Santa sitting on the sidewalk waving to all of the kids that drove by. There were also rows and rows or cars. Everyone was out seeing the lights! It was so fun seeing McKenna so excited! She truly brings out the joy in Christmas!
